Sash construction:

The sash structure is two 1.5 mm thick metal sheets, which are powder coated and UV protected. The thickness of the sash is 70 mm with mineral wool filling for sound and heat insulation and metal ribbing. On the hinge side, the sash is reinforced with six passive studs that enter the frame when closed.

Frame construction:

The door frame is adjustable, with double-sided sills and is made of 1.5 mm powder-coated metal. It can be offered in the following versions:

For wall thickness from 15 cm to 34 cm
For wall thicknesses from 15 cm to 50 cm (with order and additional cost)

The kit includes:

• wing;
• non-adjustable metal frame with sills on one side;
• rubber seal for sash and frame;
• 4 hinges built into the frame;
• 6 anti-burglar studs;
• metal L-shaped sill profile on which the main sill is built;
• two independent locking systems;
• 2 security locks – main and additional;

• peripheral lock with metal studs;
• 2 secret cartridges, one of which is a pit;
• anti-breakage cap and cartridge armouring;
• keys – 3 secret and 3 secret pit keys for higher protection;
• Inox satin active or passive handle for the exterior o
• f the “Cigar” or “Crescent” type and a stud with metal hammer;
