  1. General provisions

These General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Zet Plast EOOD, UIC 202473388 (the “Company”, “we”) and any person who visits or uses the website https://zplastdograma.com and its subpages (the “Website”).

By visiting and/or using the Website you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

The Website is the corporate information website of Zet Plast EOOD. It presents products and services in the field of PVC and aluminium joinery, doors, blinds, roller shutters, garage doors, glass products and related solutions, and provides the possibility to submit enquiries and requests for quotations.

  1. Subject and scope

These Terms govern solely the use of the Website as an information platform and the submission of enquiries via the available forms.

These Terms do not govern contracts for the sale, manufacture, delivery or installation of products. Such contracts are concluded separately (at a showroom, by telephone, through a quotation or otherwise) and are governed by their specific terms and applicable Bulgarian law.

Through the Website you may:

  • access information about the Company’s products, services and activities;
  • submit enquiries and requests for quotations via the Website forms;
  • contact us using the contact details provided or via online chat (if available);
  • use other functionalities made available by the Company on the Website.
