Gradde interior doors Monolith are made of reinforced vertical and horizontal elements of solid HDF material, assembled with internal joints. The vertical element is 40 mm thick and 107 mm wide. The horizontal Panel element is 22 mm thick, while the main supporting element is 35 mm thick.

The frame and door leaf are finished with Graddex Klasse A++, a multilayer coating made of wood particles arranged vertically and impregnated with protective lacquer, synthetic resins and melamine resins. The coating is applied using Gradde – Hartfein innovative technology, ensuring the product’s water resistance and scratch resistance.

The frame is adjustable, with straight architraves, made of HDF, and allows the coverage width to be extended by up to 20 mm. The frame can also be reduced by up to 20 mm by cutting it.

The Panel Frame is an adjustable frame that can be installed over an existing metal door frame, saving time and the costs associated with demolition work. The clear opening is reduced only minimally. The architraves are straight, with adjustment possible on one side.

To ensure the correct and trouble-free installation of these doors, the structural opening dimensions must be compatible with the overall dimensions of the doors, including their frames, which are respectively: 778 / 2010 mm and 878 / 2010 mm.

If it is not possible to modify the height of the opening, the frame and door leaf can be easily adjusted.

As these doors are rebated, the opening direction must be specified when placing the order.

The Standard Frame features straight architraves that can be adjusted on one side. It is available in various sizes and can accommodate wall thicknesses ranging from 60 mm to 380 mm.
