- Introduction and controller
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Zet Plast EOOD (the “Controller”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the website https://zplastdograma.com (the “Website”), as well as of persons who contact us via forms, telephone, e-mail or online chat.
This Policy has been prepared in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR);
- the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA);
- Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and related national legislation;
- the guidelines of the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

- What personal data we collect
The Website is primarily informational. We do not require registration with a user profile and do not collect personal data except in the following limited cases:
2.1. Data provided voluntarily via forms
The Website contains forms for enquiries, offer requests and contact. Depending on the specific form, the following may be collected:

We do not collect special categories of personal data (sensitive data under Art. 9 GDPR) through the Website.
2.2. Data from communication outside the forms
When you contact us by telephone, e-mail or via the online chat (tawk.to), we process the data you provide (name, telephone, e-mail, content of the conversation/message) in order to respond to your enquiry and to provide information or an offer.
2.3. Data collected automatically (technical data and cookies)
When you visit the Website, the following may be processed:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit, pages viewed;
- data via cookies and similar technologies (strictly necessary, functional, analytical and advertising – according to your consent).

2.4. Online chat (tawk.to)
The Website uses the tawk.to online chat service. When using the chat, visitor identifiers and conversation history may be processed (via the cookies TawkConnectionTime and __tawkuuid), as well as the content you enter. These data are processed to enable communication and support.

Where the basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (e.g. via the cookie settings or by contacting us).
- Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or as required by law:
- Data from enquiry/offer forms: until the communication is completed and a contract is possibly concluded or declined, and thereafter generally for 1–3 years (depending on the nature of the enquiry and the legitimate interest for any subsequent contact or defence of rights), unless a longer retention is required by law.
- Data relating to performed contracts: according to the time limits under accounting and tax legislation (usually 5–10 years).
- Cookies: according to the periods specified in the Cookie Policy (session, minutes, days, months or up to about 1 year+).
- Chat data: according to the service settings and the need to retain conversation history.
After the retention period expires, the data are securely deleted or anonymised.
- Recipients of data and transfers to third parties
Personal data may be disclosed to:
- our employees and authorised persons who need access to perform their duties;
- service providers (hosting, website maintenance, online chat – tawk.to, protection – Cloudflare) acting as processors under contract and subject to confidentiality obligations;
- providers of analytical and advertising services (Google LLC, Meta Platforms), only where consent has been given for the relevant cookies;
- public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Some providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare, tawk.to) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are applied (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, Data Privacy Framework, etc.).
- Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including:
- limited access only for authorised persons;
- use of secure connections (HTTPS) and protection services (e.g. Cloudflare);
- regular risk assessment and updating of measures.
Nevertheless, no system is completely secure; in the event of a suspected incident we will notify the affected individuals and the CPDP where required by law.
- Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we process about you;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where the grounds under Art. 17 GDPR apply;
- restriction of processing under certain conditions;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability (where applicable);
- withdraw your consent at any time (for processing based on consent);
- lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection:

To exercise your rights you may contact us using the contact details above (telephone or e-mail). We will respond within the statutory time limit (usually within 1 month).
- Children
The Website is not directed at persons under 14 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If we learn that we have received data of a child without the relevant consent/permission, we will take steps to delete them.

Detailed information about the cookies used, their categories, providers, durations and how to manage consent is published in the separate Cookie Policy of the Website. This Policy and the Cookie Policy should be read together.
- Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy in the event of changes to our practices, the legislation or the services used. The current version is always published on the Website with the date of the last update indicated. In the event of material changes we will endeavour to inform you in an appropriate manner (e.g. via a banner or notice on the Website).
